Each visit is for a duration of 30 minutes. This is due to the cold and you will find that this is enough time to fully enjoy the space. How do we know when our time is up?
We provide you with a buzzer/timer that will inform you 3 minutes before your time is up, so that you can finish up your drinks and head to the exit. Do we need to wear special clothing?
Upon entry guests are provided with the appropriate jacket, gloves and if required ugg boots for those with open toed shoes or heels.
Won't I get cold?
-10 degrees is cold, however we dress you in a warm jacket and gloves and limit your time to 30 minutes, you remain comfortable to enjoy the Ice Lounge experience.
Will I catch a cold?
Getting cold doesn't make you more likely to get a cold. That is an old wives' tale. An already present virus will cause you to catch a cold, not the fact that you are cold. Can I bring my camera into the Ice Lounge to take photos?
No, there is no personal photography within the ice lounge. Chill On has installed a state of the art photo system which operates within the ice lounge – guests can purchase these photos.
Can I buy additional drinks?
Yes you can. You can either pre-purchase drinks before you enter the ice lounge or purchase them inside. What does the entry fee include?
Along with the clothing hire entry includes a cocktail or fruity drink served in a glass made of ice for adults and a fruity drink for children. Why is there a time limit?
Because your body reacts differently than normal due to the atmosphere a time limit is imposed to ensure your stay is a pleasant and enjoyable one. |
