Licensed for 400 people however comfortably we would say functions or events for 80 to 300 people.

Can you arrange special occasions - like weddings?
Yes, we have had a few weddings at Chill On with very happy brides and grooms.
Can I bring in my own entertainment?
Yes, we ask that you forward through all entertainment details so to get approval prior to booking. If there are OH&S concerns or the entertainment is not appropriate then you will not loss deposits or payments.
Can I bring in promotional items for product launches?
Yes, we can even freeze items in ice and have them on display at events.
Can I order ice carvings for events or functions?
Yes, we need some lead time but we can create unique ice sculptures or ice luges for you, these normally start at about $300.00 but we will need to see concept prior to quoting.
Could you create our company logo in ICE?
Of course we can - simply supply a PDF of your logo and we can have a cavers quote on the conversion to ice, this will normally cost upwards of $300.00.
Can I bring in my own entertainment?
This is dependent on the type of function and the entertainment contact you function coordinator to discuss further?
Can I smoke inside the Ski Lodge?
No, we are a non-smoking venue.
Are you open year round?
Yes we are open year round. We close on Christmas day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday. Other closures will be advertised.
